About the project

The company offers photo booths and equipment for any event in Kyiv and the region, with a wide selection tailored to various tastes and budgets. Through a personalized approach, we provide unique designs for every occasion. Our proprietary software and years of industry experience ensure the highest quality and operational efficiency.

Point A

Prior to our collaboration, there were attempts to run Instagram Boost post ads independently, but they yielded no results. The client needed to increase the volume of online inquiries beyond organic traffic and repeat customers.

Objectives

  • To increase the number of clients and sales, we tested various ad objectives and target audiences.
  • We completed all preparatory setups (creative development, custom audience building, look-alike audience creation, and targeting sets) to drive an increase in lead volume.

Work process

  1. Conducted a briefing with the client before starting the collaboration to obtain company details and gain a better understanding of the current situation.
  2. Conducted an audit of previously launched “Boost post” ads to evaluate their effectiveness and analyze the results they delivered.
  3. Following this, we prepared a further promotion strategy, identified audiences of event planners and organizers, and conducted segmentation for B2B and B2C.
  4. Launched advertising campaigns according to the strategy, using bright and diverse creatives — statics, videos, and animations.
  5. Subsequently, we added a quiz that consistently generated a good volume of leads (over 5 qualified leads per day).
