GENERAL PROVISIONS
For the purpose of improving the quality of service and ensuring the security of our users’ data storage, we inform you about what data we collect and how we use it. We treat the confidential information of any person visiting our website with respect, and therefore, based on the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the regulation of the European Parliament and Council, we have prepared this Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).
The Policy describes Muraha’s approach to processing the personal data of individuals who use the website https://muraha.eu/ and/or intend to or are receiving Muraha’s Services

User – any legally capable natural person who is a personal data subject and intends to receive Services and/or receives Services and/or uses the website https://muraha.eu/.

PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF PROCESSING
The purposes and objectives of processing personal data: identification of the User, personalization of the website https://muraha.eu/ for the User to use the services on the site, advertising and marketing activities, improving the quality of service, administration of the website https://muraha.eu/ and the business, conducting negotiations regarding the possibility of providing services, conclusion and execution of service agreements, sending email notifications, handling requests and complaints, and/or any other purpose that does not contradict the legislation of Ukraine.

USER RIGHTS. DELETION AND MODIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The User has the right to request access to their personal data and to request correction, deletion, erasure, modification, restriction of processing regarding the data subject, or to object to the processing.
The User has the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, and the right to receive data in a format that allows its use on other online platforms and services (the right to data portability).

Requests and complaints are submitted by the User by contacting Muraha via email at info@muraha.eu.
In the event of receiving a notice to withdraw consent and delete personal data, Muraha undertakes to destroy such data within 30 days from the moment the User is identified. Please note that the functionality of certain components of the website https://muraha.eu/ that require your personal data may be discontinued from the moment of their deletion.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
If necessary, personal data may be disclosed by Muraha to ensure Muraha’s operations and to fulfill the purpose of personal data processing to the following third parties: any of our employees, officers, professional consultants, agencies, and other government authorities of Ukraine and other countries; third parties that perform client traffic analysis for Muraha (e.g., Google Analytics), and others.

Muraha stores and processes personal data for an indefinite period, in order to fulfill the purpose defined in the Policy or until a request for the deletion of personal data is received.

Muraha uses cookies to remember the type of browser and operating system, the page from which the visitor came to the current page, the navigation path through the site, and the internet provider’s domain in order to understand how Users interact with the website. ENSURING CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA SECURITY. GUARANTEES
Muraha guarantees full confidentiality, meaning that it will not disclose Confidential Information to any third parties by any means and will use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing the relevant Muraha Services to the User and the results of such Services, regardless of whether the information was voluntarily disclosed or otherwise obtained by Muraha as a result of providing Services to the User, until such information becomes publicly available by the User’s decision.
Muraha guarantees that all necessary measures are taken to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction through the use of appropriate technical and organizational tools. Please note that the information you provide is included in personal data databases owned by Muraha LLC. The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out using an automated information system; personal data is stored electronically in Muraha’s CRM system, access to which is granted only to authorized Muraha personnel at the Muraha office location: 61140, Kharkiv, 252 Kotlova Street, Apt. 38, Ukraine.

Any disputes that may arise between the User and Muraha regarding relations governed by the provisions of this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The website https://muraha.eu/ is not intended or designed for children under the age of 14. The processing of personal data of minors aged 14 to 18 is carried out only with the consent of their parents (adopters) or guardians.
If you have a complaint regarding any processing of your personal data, you may contact us, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, or the court.
