About the Project

EVA is a full-cycle company with its own nursery, specializing in the cultivation of exclusive and acclimatized plants (large trees, topiary, and specimen trees). The brand’s mission is to create the future by combining premium quality with the accessibility of its own production.


Point A

  • Core Problem: absence of a systematic online marketing framework. The business relied almost entirely on the owner’s personal network and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Performance Gaps: the website failed to generate inquiries due to technical unpreparedness and a lack of SEO; targeted advertising yielded no results because of low conversion rates on landing pages.
  • Objective: to analyze the company’s marketing, identify weaknesses and growth levers, and build a clear strategy. The goal is to establish the brand as the #1 market leader in Ukraine, expand partnerships with architects, and enter export markets.
