About the project

Dental clinic in Lviv focusing on comprehensive patient treatment. Main areas of operation:

  • Dental implantation;
  • Aesthetic dentistry;
  • Rehabilitation of patients with full or partial tooth loss.

Point A

Prior to collaborating with the MURAHA agency, the client did not use paid advertising to drive traffic to the website.

Effectively, we started from scratch: without statistics, configured analytics, or any existing advertising accounts.

The first two months were dedicated to complete infrastructure preparation, launching advertisements, and primary campaign optimization.


Project objectives

  • Drive high-quality search traffic that converts into leads
  • Generate leads via the website and phone calls
  • Maintain cost per lead (CPL) within the $10–15 range

Project execution

Full technical and advertising preparation was carried out at the start of the project:

  • Set up and configured Google Analytics;
  • Created a Google Ads account and billing profile;
  • Created and configured Google Tag Manager (GTM);
  • Set up Google My Business and linked it to Google Ads;
  • Integrated Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM;
  • Configured accurate conversion tracking (forms, calls).

Strategy

The entire strategy was implemented at the start of the project, taking into account that the account was new and lacked historical data.

  • Launching search campaigns
    • Ads for all approved clinic services

    • Average cost per click (CPC): 15–30 UAH

This allowed us to quickly collect initial conversions and statistics.

  • Branded campaign
    • Goal: obtaining the lowest-cost conversions and protecting the brand from competitors
  • Scaling via Performance Max
    After accumulating statistics and remarketing audiences, Performance Max was launched:
    • Targeting keywords and competitors

    • Remarketing

    • In-Market and Affinity audiences

    • Search themes based on clinic specializations

  • Smart Campaign for Google Maps
    • Focus on local traffic and visibility within Google Maps.

Subsequent campaigns were launched gradually once a sufficient number of conversions had accumulated. No strict deadline was set — scaling was driven entirely by data.

  • 1,525 conversions per year
  • Average of 127 leads per month

  • Average cost per conversion: 195.85 UAH
  • CTR: 3.31%

Conclusions

  • Even from a starting point of zero, a stable lead flow can be achieved quickly, provided that account setup and analytics are prepared correctly;
  • Search advertising became the foundation for rapidly acquiring high-quality leads;
  • Brand campaigns and remarketing significantly reduced the overall cost per lead;
  • Performance Max allowed for scaling results without compromising traffic quality;
  • The project demonstrated high efficiency: actual results significantly exceeded planned targets in terms of both lead volume and cost.
