Starting Point

The client requested promotion of their Instagram page through targeted advertising. All sales were conducted only in offline stores and online promotion did not generate any profit.

  • Main Problem: they managed account themselves but it was more brand-oriented than conversion-oriented. Out of 10,000 followers there was only one regular customer.
  • Advertising Goals: increase the number of targeted inquiries and grow account visits.

Work stages

Initial actions:

We developed a promotion strategy and launched advertising campaigns, testing various audiences, creatives and offers. The targeted advertising strategy included the following actions:

  1. Strategy preparation and ad launch

Due to the unsatisfactory results, our specialist conducteda datailed analysis of the client’s Instagram pageand provided recommendations on brand positioning in the high-price segment on social media. Although the SMM team working with the client partially implemented these recommendations, the full set of measures was not carried out.

The results obtained did not meet the expected metrics. Therefore, we suggested the client take a pause, analyze the business, and identify growth points.

  4. Assortment Analysis: position a limited assortment as unique and exclusive to increase consumer interest.
  5. Expanding Audience Geography: participate in social activities as a brand to expand the audience’s geography and increase loyalty.
  6. Loyalty System: develop a loyalty system for customers.
