Before launching the educational course “Head of Marketing in IT,” Danilo wanted to run a webinar funnel and set the webinar dates. The goal of the advertising campaign was to attract as many participants as possible to the webinar through targeted ads, with registrations as the main KPI.
The client’s Business Manager (BM) was blocked. The solution was clear — we communicated with Facebook support to identify the reason. Unfortunately, restoring this BM was very difficult so we created a new one to avoid losing time before the webinar.

From February 6 to February 17, ads ran on Instagram to warm up the ad account.
From February 17, ads were launched to the website optimized for conversions. Between February 17 and March 23, we achieved 1,561 clicks on ad links
Ads targeted both Ukraine and Europe, focusing on Ukrainian-speaking audiences. Each campaign used three audience segments (broad, marketing, IT). The ad budget was automatically distributed and optimized toward the best-performing audience segment.
From March 24 to August 27, retargeting campaigns ran for users who visited the website.
